Paul Meyer's History
Paul and Rosemary Meyer founded and own prmeyer.com enthuser which is a division of Full Potential Services Limited.
Their privately owned company operating as development specialists.
This firm became their business vehicle in 1989 when Paul moved from his 20 year banking career as a Bank Manager. Rosemary, the anchor woman of their new small business venture, supported Paul and their family as Full Potential Services grew and flourished.
Paul transitioned into a small business livelihood from a transient corporate life, as Rosemary discovered her teenage dream to become a nurse. Both enjoyed the challenge of developing their family of four children to their full potential, as well as their corporate and SME clients.
Paul's passion to speak worked very well in a number of industries including public training, conference and seminar facilitation, sales and marketing, team leadership, self development/coaching, recruitment, health and safety and the early childhood industry.
In 1996 Rosemary graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree for nursing and then achieved great success in the health sector. These included the areas of maternity and woman's health over a decade long career. Paul's enthusiasm was contagious as he successfully started and led BNI (Business Network International) chapters from 2003 in both South/East Auckland and Northland.
In 2006 Paul and his co-author had their new personal development book, The Naked Career published in the USA. This is testimony to his passion for career development and trends, and soon he found himself following his own advice.
Rosemary decided to leave her health sector career in 2007 and join Paul in developing chapter leadership as Assistant Directors contracting to BNI, the world's largest business referral organisation. That same year Paul and Rosemary decided to sell their early childhood centre in Whangarei, after a decade's involvement, and Paul concluded his 3 years as an elected executive with the Early Childhood Council of New Zealand.
In 2009, after the loss of three parents in 2008, Rosemary decided they needed to get re-enthused. Paul read his own book and decided his passion could now be found in the Professional Speaking industry. He decided on 1st June 2009 and together, he and Rosemary have equipped themselves to launch and manage their new firm prmeyer.com enthuser.
Their logo and branding reflect their wonderful team effort of being married since 1974 and their successful careers in both the corporate and SME sectors. "get enthused in a flash!" is their tag line which reflects that any event in life can trigger the motive to re-enthuse.
Paul's experience as a speaker comes highly commended with his extensive background of developing people to reach their full potential. Rosemary's tenacity and ability to win over relationships brings a unique blend of skills as Marketing Director. Together they make a fabulous team of living enthused lives.
